Thatch has worked with enough clients to know that planning an event can be pretty overwhelming. Our team of visual artists and planning professionals will gently guide you through the process in an engaging, organized, and approachable way. You can fully relax and trust that we’ve got you covered.

Consult & Learn
During the consultation, we’ll get to know one another, discuss your desires and inspirations, and determine what level of services you might want for your big day.

Vision & Book
Thatch will present you with an initial event vision and the working contract. Together, we’ll work to achieve your ideal floral vision paired with your budget goal. We’re available by phone, email, or text.

Refine & Finalize
90 days before your event, we will send out the finished Floral Vision Document for you to give final approval. Once you finalize, we’ll put the order into the farmers' hands.

Celebrate & Enjoy
Because of all of the planning we’ve done together beforehand, our setup will be fun and relaxing. We are known for our calm, zen, team approach to wedding days. Get ready to enjoy the beauty of the day.

Editorial Work
Sarajane, Creative Director of Thatch Design & Goods, has worked extensively with many different photographers both in weddings and editorial work for publications. Her experience with botanical shapes and forms gives her a keen eye for how a frame can be set up. Working in everything from fashion to more abstract work, Sarajane loves bringing the outside into the frame.
